Question : Why is stellate cell marked with green?

Stellate cells are often marked with green in microscopy images to indicate the presence of a specific protein or structure within the cell, often achieved through fluorescent labeling techniques. For example, in liver research, hepatic stellate cells (HSCs) might be stained green to highlight their activation or the presence of certain proteins associated with fibrosis, like α-SMA according to ACS Publications. In other contexts, green fluorescent protein (GFP) or other green-emitting dyes might be used to visualize the location and behavior of stellate cells in relation to other cells or structures
